Neko is #8 in the MASCA Top Ten Miniature Australian Shepherds in 2006 and also is the FIRST Mini to recieve the MASCA V1 and V2 Versatility Titles.

Neko received his C-ATCH (CPE Agility Title Champion) at the CPE trial in Dutton, MI under Judge Mandy Moller at the GRAC trial.He is the 3rd Miniature Australian Shepherd to recieve a CPE C-ATCH title as you can see listed here http://www.k9cpe.com/catch.htm. This was done in 16 months worth of CPE (Canine Performance Events) and I am soooo proud of my boy! This was work! See pictures posted in Performance pictures.

7/22 and 7/23/06
Neko had another perfect weekend in Marshall, MI our home training facility. He took home 6-1st place and 2-2nd place out of 8 runs and only needs two more Standard runs to recieve his CATCH (CPE Agility Championship). Wish us luck!!
7/1/06 and 7/2/06 Neko had a great weekend with 10 Qualifying runs in a CPE trial at Montpelier, Ohio with 9 first place and 1 second place.
Neko has just recieved his MASCA V2 versitility on 5/7/06 after completing his Level 4 in CPE and is now in Level 5 in CPE going toward his CATCH which is a CPE Agility Champion. Neko has only been running Agility for a year and has come a very long way. GOOD JOB NEKO!
Rare Heirs Show in Feb, 2006 was a great time for Neko taking home BOB. He now has 31 points out of 50 toward his Grand Championship. We are working hard to make him the best all around that he can be.
Neko had his first Best In Shows at the Rare Heirs show in Medina, Ohio on 10/16/05. He took BIS in both shows that we entered that day. I am a very proud Mom! He took 4th place in the MVA at Mini Aussie Nationals and Premier Male. He passed his herding instinct with flying colors.

CPE Trial in Dutton, MI Aug. 14th brought us home 4-1st place and 1-2nd place for a GREAT WEEKEND!
Neko and I went to the TTL Agility trial over the 7/23-7/24 and brought home 6-1st's and 1-2nd.
Neko went to the CPE Agility Nationals the 3-5th of June and came home with a 2nd, 2-3rds, and a 4th with hundreds of dogs that had enterd and ran that weekend in Fowlerville, MI.

aka Neko who is a Australian Shepherd of Miniature Variety, was purchased by me, Torre Waller, from Michelle and Richard Shannon from Toledo, Washington, Smokey Valley Kennels. I had to have this pup shipped here to Michigan where I reside, so that was a long haul for a 8 week old puppy who came out of the crate wiggling all over to meet his new family. I wanted a Mini Aussie to show Conformation and do Agility with. This Mini had to be just the right color for showing purposes. So I searched all over till I found this very precious puppy with black eyeliner all around his beautiful blue eyes, and he had the most beautiful markings for a Blue Merle pup. I knew at that moment that I just had to have him. At 8 months old he has earned his CGC (Canine Good Citizens) award and has Championed out in Conformation with UKC and RARE HEIRS and MASCA(Miniature Australian Shepherds of America). We are currently going out for CPE (Canine Performance Events) in Agility. Neko had his 1st Agility Trial in Ann Arbor, MI on April 16th and 17th with JB's Wild Child Group and brought home 4-1st place wins and 1-2nd and all Qualified runs. His second trial was in Montpelier, Ohio on 4/30 and 5/1 and he brought home 6-1st place and 1-2nd place all with Qualified runs. Neko is very good and loves to run and jump. He has the best personality. I take him to see my Grandmother, who is in a elderly home for the ageing and he loves the older people and they love him. He also loves to see the people who come into my beauty shop that I have here at my home. I LOVE MY NEKO! |
